Contact and Corrections

Where to send a correction, and what to include so it can be fixed quickly.

Send a correction

Email hello@minimax-m31flash.org with:

  • the page URL,
  • the claim or instruction that is wrong or outdated,
  • the source that shows it is wrong, if you have one,
  • the date or version you checked against.

That is enough. You do not need to write a polished report.

What we fix first

Type of reportTypical priority
A configuration step that no longer worksHighest — it stops people shipping
A price, free-window date or availability fact that changedHigh — it costs people money
A benchmark or capability claim that is misattributedHigh — it misleads decisions
A broken link, typo or formatting problemNormal queue
A suggestion for a new page or topicRead, and often welcomed

What this guide does not do

  • We do not run user code. We cannot debug your project, review your prompts or tune your system prompt.
  • We do not sell access, keys or consulting. There is no paid tier, no API resale and no consulting offer behind this site.
  • We do not speak for MiniMax. We are an independent site. Product questions about your account, billing or support contract should go to MiniMax directly.

What happens after you write

We check the claim against the primary source, update the page if it was wrong, and move the reviewed date. For corrections that affect many pages — a pricing change, a renamed model — we update every affected page rather than only the one you flagged.

Privacy

We use the email address only to reply to you and to note that a correction was applied. It is not sold, shared or added to a mailing list. The fuller statement is on the privacy page.

Sources and version notes

Checked October 21, 2026. We label official claims, third-party measurements, our own testing and community reports separately — see the sources policy for what each label means.
